Hi, I’m Breegan.

I spent a decade at the intersection of hypergrowth, people programs, and operations at some of the fastest growing companies in tech. The work I loved most centered on human experience— helping leaders and teams get more connected to themselves, each other, and meaningful work.

But I saw a pattern, and it wasn’t failure. It was ambitious, high achievers succeeding at a version of life they didn’t actively choose.

When leaders invest in a values-aligned life, things shift— how they carry themselves, how their teams respond, how decisions get made, and their scope of impact.
